Trip Report Twelve: Mia Sleeping

This is it.  The last post of the trip report.  And we've already been back a long time.  Mia gets her own post, because her sleeping really was quite something.  It started right away, from when we arrived in New York and she fell asleep on my knee on the subway.  She fell asleep just about every time we got on the subway, but also over Richards shoulder on more than one occasion.  I think all the little micro naps actually kept her reasonably pleasant as we had some quite late nights.  So here you are, a gallery of some of Miss Snoozy's more memorable moments:

On the plane on the way over, cuddling pee pee

On Richards shoulder at Top of the Rock, she stayed asleep while we walked all the way to Time's Square

On the subway to walk the Brooklyn bridge, and for some time after, as you can see.  This is at a Pier overlooking Manhatten from the Brooklyn side.

In the carriage on the ride through Central Park.  You can see Connor can't tear himself away from his new DS game.

In the car on the road trip was a given of course, she managed to stay awake for the whole wedding, but didn't manage to get back to the house that way.

The next day on the long drive to NY

At Disneyland she got close twice, the first time at the fireworks, the second time at the Trick or Treat party, this is while we waited for the parade, I was trying to keep her awake.

And lastly, on the way home we were delayed in San Francisco, Mia simply ran out of puff, she fell asleep in the terminal and didn't wake as we got on the plane or strapped her in. She is cuddling her bear which she purchased in Deep Creek, Oscar.
