The new oven has fan bake. Best roast dinner I've cooked since we moved to 'straya.

the roast looks pretty good to me. i like the fan bake. ovens, sure you will get a lot of use specially after your old one having a job to get sleep as its so hot turned out it was 29 not bad for wellington & no wind. love nana

What is a fan bake?
Fan bake is where the heat is circulated by a fan at the back of the oven.
